Call a Pizza in Bernau

Very fast, punctual delivery service, can only be recommended

1. To all of you who have been complaining about delivery times lately, it is Corona time and there are therefore many at home and prefer to order that at the moment you just have to expect it. 2. So to eat, etc. in Bernau the Call a Pizza is really very good fresh, delicious can't complain, especially in comparison to other locations like Friedrichshain / Berlin that is a catastrophe.

Pizza great. Unfortunately expensive and no delivery to Sydower Fliess possible.

This is the last time we ordered here. The pizza was definitely old! I have often ordered here and had the same pizza many times and therefore I know how a fresh pizza should taste. In the evening only young people are on the phone who do not give goodwill. You should accept this and that was. Like the gentleman nicely said "we wish you a nice evening" And then you give a bunch of tips 👏

Gourmet gangsters ordered that same, which tasted old and parts of glass or plastic were included. That was the last time we ordered there, there was also no goodwill "Just have a nice evening"

Actually always 5 points so far, Order acceptance always very friendly. Delivery is always nice too. Today the order arrived cold (bike or moped delivery) ??? Pizza was folded up like an accordion in the packaging. Delivery without a face mask is also not so great at the moment. Otherwise always been satisfied.

The delivery came on time. Unfortunately, we could not pay with an ec card as ordered because the paper in the ec device was empty. When we ordered a barbecue dip instead of a hollondaise and garlic dip. It's a shame. Pizza was ok.

Ordered via the net, waiting time was a bit longer but scored with quality and taste. First ordered and convinced. Gladly again.

Disaster placed the order at 6.15 p.m. and still no pizza at 8.30 p.m. With such a long delivery time, I expect at least some feedback. I just don't have the words.

Ordered today at 9.30 p.m., delivered around 10 p.m. We often order from CAP and are otherwise satisfied. Everything so far great, but I had ordered pasta with broccoli, mushrooms, chicken (country air). In all honesty, if you don't feel like eating anything after 9:30 p.m. then you shouldn't take any more orders. The bottom was just about covered with noodles, there were 2 small broccoli florets, and 1 small piece of chicken, and 1 slice of mushroom. And that for 9.90 € It's not the first time I've ordered this, so I know what it usually looks like and what's inside. I am very disappointed with today and I have to say that if I had known that I would not have paid anywhere near 9.90 €. But I have to say one more thing, the taste was great, I just didn't get full, which is usually the case. Update: The Call a Pizza team came up with a solution, after I wrote to the support, an answer came very quickly: a compensation voucher, with which we were very satisfied, the portion was really very good again, even afterwards when we were back ordered everything very well 👍. Thank you dear Call a Pizza Team😊

Always runs like clockwork, tip top!

Today I ordered that first. After reading some reviews here, I thought ... oh shh what did you do there. Okay ... 10 euro voucher and the other ten .... okay ... will probably have been the first and last time. The more I was convinced otherwise. The driver was super punctual. The pizza was hot and the taste was good. The number has been saved and the boys get the next order is safe. Keep it up!!!

I have never experienced anything unfriendly when taking orders. As soon as something extra is added (e.g. half and half or extra cheese), the employees are annoyed and sometimes react when you have the order read aloud. Especially since the past has shown that what is ordered is not always delivered. After we just hung up on our last order, although we still wanted to say that we pay by card, we canceled the order and threw away the brochure. We will never order here again.

Food tastes great but not so friendly on the phone the staff just hung up without saying goodbye I mean these 2 seconds of decency will be mastered. Too bad . Nevertheless, I like to order again

Great food, terrifyingly high prices. We stopped going here as the upkeep is too great.
